Virtual Transformative Leadership Series

Our customized Virtual Transformative Leadership Trainings are hands-on development opportunities for leaders at every level of your organization, wherein we provide and empower your leaders with the tools to take what they learn in our sessions and utilize them within their own teams. These trainings are designed to sustain the messaging throughout all layers and ensure all are aligned on - and believe in - the shared dream.

Each training is catered specifically to your organization’s current needs, determined through an initial consultation with Gold Medal Strategies.

Beginning with the highest level of leadership, we focus on the effectiveness of the current relationships across the leadership team and with their direct reports, including the attitude, leadership style, accountability, and alignment. We continue the process by empowering each of these leaders to facilitate training with their respective direct reports, repeating this flow layers into the organization. Throughout the series, GMS will create and maintain a dossier of key themes and emerging trends by individual and by team, which we will analyze and submit to the leaders at the conclusion of the series as a progress report with recommendations of how to continue the progress and sustain the growth.

PRE-VIRTUAL TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

90-minute initial consultation & collaborative analysis with GMS and your leadership team to access your team’s needs and define objectives
GMS team to distribute thorough onboarding document for approval, outlining whole program
GMS team to curate and distribute customized pre-work questionnaire to participant ahead of each training
GMS team to send any relevant reading and video ahead of each training
GMS team to collate all pre-work responses and submit to the leader for review

VIRTUAL TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Jim Craig & one GMS facilitator to lead the training
Additional GMS facilitator to attend the training and build dossier of development by individual to submit to the leader at the conclusion of the trainings
Recommendation: Each training, one “winner” will be selected to earn a signed Jim Craig USA Hockey Jersey based on participation and development, to encourage and serve as a reminder of their leadership capabilities

POST-VIRTUAL TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

1 hour debrief with GMS and your leadership team to analyze participant involvement, determine winner (if applicable) and make any necessary adjustments for upcoming training
